Huadu Developments Ltd is the development arm of Huadu International NZ Ltd.

Our mission is to develop high-quality projects that embrace and enhance the environment in which they exist and become an asset that the community can participate in, embrace and be proud of.

We look to identify undervalued or underperforming land or buildings that we can add value to and improve to the benefit of all stakeholders, our investors, and the wider community as a whole including multi-storey apartments, offices and hotel complexes among others.

We undertake projects including the restoration, rebuilding and enhancement of historical buildings, land development and greenfield opportunities.

Our goal is to create places and spaces that are designed to last, that are environmentally sustainable, and which enhance the lives of the owners and tenants who occupy and enjoy those spaces and the environments we create.

Platform Construction Ltd is a South Island-based commercial construction business. We build corporate and multi-tenant office buildings, residential developments and medical care facilities.

Tiaki Properties is the property management arm of Huadu International contributing to The Group’s success and profitability.

The business has responsibility for tenancy attraction and management, facilities management and maintenance and sales while collaborating with and supporting other Huadu business units.

We promote a positive image of Huadu in the community and business sectors by adopting an environmentally sustainable approach to all activities. We demonstrate a commitment to protecting the environment through the adoption of innovative environmental practices where possible. We also support Huadu’s Iwi strategy through appropriate engagement and business practices.

Since 2003, Talent International Institute (TII) has established a reputation for excellence in the field of English language teaching with the rating of ‘Confident’ provided by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. All our teachers are ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) professionals

 With teaching degrees up to Master Degree level with primary and secondary school experience. Our point of difference is class sizes which are limited to a maximum of 10 students.

 Our school sites are located in Christchurch and Dunedin providing a welcoming atmosphere for students from around the world. Our uniqueness is found in our teaching style and the quality of our teachers.
