Huadu NZ created with our partners a modern and elegant 7 level building. 

We worked closely with the Canterbury District Health Board, CPIT, the University of Otago and the University of Canterbury, supported by CERA to fulfil the vision, and deliver a quality health research and education facility. 

The building is a teaching and research centre where researchers are closely linked and integrated with health service delivery and the teaching of health professionals. We delivered a clean and functional design leveraging our international expertise to create a modern and comfortable work environment.

The project was a success being the first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) undertaken with ARA and the Canterbury DHB and was completed on time and within the original budget.
