This is another Huadu project in an amazing location with the seven-storey office complex overlooking the soon to be developed Christchurch indoor stadium (multi-use Arena).

 The complex comprises three buildings the Chambers and Carpark buildings and the tower which was home to the IRD before the Christchurch Earthquakes. The Carpark and Chambers buildings are now completely strengthened and restored with tenants expected to be occupying the Chambers by mid-year 2022 and the carpark operational and open to the public in March 2022.

 Engineering design is now complete and peer-reviewed for strengthening and releveling in the Tower. We intend to commence this work in March 2022 with target completion being December 2022 and occupancy from March 2023.

 We have space available for rent and this building is in a prime location with the stadium across the road, the nearby inner-city up-market residential developments of the East Frame and the plethora of artistic and innovative hospitality outlets such as Little High, The Dux and Les Mills that are emerging and evolving around the area.
