Sitting at 12 Oxford Terrace this is the second of two buildings in the health precinct completed by Huadu International Construction Group Ltd (now trading as Platform Construction Limited).

 This building is a stunning five-storey office complex designed by +MAP Architecture and has recently been sold with vacant possession to a Christchurch property company

As an asset to the Oxford Terrace promenade, the 4th  and 5th floors boast balconies overlooking the Avon River and Botanic Gardens.

 Architecturally, Matapopore Design outcomes have been incorporated into the development of the building. The building features unique gold mesh screens with the pattern and colours an acknowledgement of the relationship to the river and landscape on the peninsula and plains.

This property is one of three developed by Huadu International in the Health Precinct, the other two being HIRC at 38 Oxford Terrace, currently in the latter stages of design and the Manawa Building at 10 Oxford Terrace, which was tenanted and sold to a New Zealand – based overseas investor.
